In Q4 2020 we shall be announcing a review of partner tier levels for 2021, to create a balance between emerging and established markets. This will have no negative effect on your current partner level.

As of 1st July 2020, demotions and promotions will be revised as follows:

Promotions: All partners are instantly promoted upon reaching the whole annual revenue quota as specified in our partner program. Once promoted, partners will maintain their partner level for the rest of the calendar year and will start off the following year with the same partner level (unless a new level is reached in the interim). 

Demotions: Mid-year evaluations will be discontinued. The Partner-level will be maintained for the whole duration of the year. Failure to achieve the annual revenue quota of your partner level in a calendar year will result in a demotion on the 1st of January the following year.

Standard and Professional Perpetual licenses (Product codes: 3CXPS and 3CXPSProf) are to be discontinued for all new orders within the next 30 days. These perpetual licenses will only remain available for maintenance renewals or for upgrades to Enterprise Editions. Perpetual Enterprise Licenses, however, will be retained for both new orders and upgrades.

Our focus will be on subscription-based licensing, offering our partners an annuity income with a lower CAPEX for customers. Remember, with its low annual license fees, 3CX remains more cost-effective than competitor maintenance charges.

Customers who are still on a perpetual license can trade-in their perpetual license to an annual license for free. What’s more, we are temporarily offering 2 years free instead of 1 year, on their current maintenance expiration date. Offer ends July 1st, 2020.

Note: Maintenance pricing is expected to go up by the end of the year!
